Rapidly expanding South African logistics company Grindrod has taken full control of another shipping and logistics group,Oreport.
In 2005, Grindrod acquired a 50% stake in Seascape Commodities, Oreport’s holding company, for R40M and has now completed the purchase of the remaining 50% equity. No financial details of the transaction have been revealed....
