It has been reported in South Africa that an unnamed consortium is planning to construct a new coal export terminal at Richards Bay, next to the existing Richards Bay Coal Terminal (RBCT).
The handling capacity of the latter is currently being expanded to 91 mtpa, partly in order to provide capacity for the country’s emerging black empowerment mining companies....
