Russian president Dmitry Medvedev has signed a decree for the establishment of the United Grain Company (OZK) by the end of 2009.
OZK’s statutory capital will consist of 31 cereal companies, including port elevators in Novorossiysk, Yeisk and Kaliningrad, in which the state owns at least 25%.
