Oman's Transport & Communications Ministry has awarded Turkey's STFA the contract to build urea and aluminium export berths at the Sohar Industrial Port.
Contractors were invited to quote separate prices for each individual berth and the combined package. STFA proved to be the lowest of four bidders for the work, at RO9.6m (US$25m) . The highest bid was RO30.8m (US$79m) ....
