Export demand for key Russian commodities is continuing to rise and port developments are at last starting to respond. At the same time, however, the nature of some neo-bulk traffics will change as the country seeks to build up added-value production levels.
Earlier this year the US$60M multi-purpose Cargo Handling Complex (UPK) was launched at the Russian Baltic seaport of Ust-Luga.
