Smart moves on the water

London recycling companies have used a new barge concept to test the transport of waste materials by water.

London Waste and Bywaters recently teamed up with SmartBarge Ltd to carry out a trial shipment, using a new barge concept, of a container with recyclables on the River Lee Navigation from the London Waste EcoPark at Edmonton in North London to the Bow Docks....
