BHP Billiton looks to foreign ventures

BHP Billiton has teamed up with South Korean steelmaker Posco to develop an iron ore mine, steel plant and port in the north east Indian state of Orissa. Although plans are at an early stage, discussions to this end have already been held with state politicians.
