Railweight irons out overloading for Tata Steel wagons

A Railweight in-motion train weighing system is preventing the overloading of freight trains with iron ore at the UK’s Immingham docks, without slowing down the filling process.
Since installing the system, railway owner and operator Network Rail has reported that of the approximate 400 Tata Steel freight trains that leave per month, less than 0.01% have been overweight.
