Bedeschi secures Lehigh Mitchell order

Italy’s Bedeschi has been awarded a new order for the supply of two apron feeders to Lehigh Cement’s Mitchell cement plant in Indiana, US.

The new apron feeders are of super-duty design with CAT type chains and Bedeschi’s super-duty belt, and will to be placed in the primary and secondary crushing area to replace existing machines.

 

To provide the best service, Bedeschi said it applied 3D scan survey to define the exact space availability in the existing plant.

 

The BED RNSH 1800/6 type aprons are sized to handle up to 1,300 tph of crushed limestone.

 

These aprons will join another three already ordered by for Mitchell plant as part of its upgrade programme for clay crushing and additive dosing.
