Russian grain exports through Mariupol raise concerns amidst controversy
NewsRussia’s vice-premier Marat Khusnulin anticipates that Mariupol alone could handle as much as 1 million tons per annum of various cargoes in 2024.
The Russian Baltic port of Bronka is set to expand its handling volume by 6 Mtpa by 2022, while taking over part of Russia’s export cargoes currently handled by the Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian ports.
