El Salvador for Genma crane pair

Following a second Genma mobile harbour crane (GHC) order from India recently, Chinese crane maker Genma has been awarded another GHC order from El Salvador.

The latest contract concerns the supplying two units of model GHC150 to the Port of Acajutla.

 

These two cranes will be capable of handling container, general bulk and heavy bulk, with delivery due in the first half-year of 2019.

The cranes will have a diesel-hydraulic drive configuration with tyre-type undercarriage. Maximum lifting capacity will be 150t, and the maximum outreach is 54m.

 

Genma said it has now sold products to 14 countries and is developing its sales network to meet demand.
