“ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised quality management system,” said Samson. “The ISO 9001 standard demonstrates commitment to quality, customer focus and continuous improvement. “In order to obtain this accreditation, an organisation must demonstrate its ability to satisfy the requirements of the customer in addition to any statutory and regulatory requirements. Samson achieved this new standard without any non-conformances being identified.”
