In total, 32 tyres and rims were assembled by Magna Tyres, transported to the local site, and are now ready to be deployed for heavy operations at one the largest cement plants in the country.

“One of Saudi Arabia’s biggest cement producers has built a brand new production site with two turnkey cement clinker production lines including two mobile primary crushers for limestone, three crushers for additives, two crushers for correctives as well as two circular blending beds for limestone,” stated Magna.

“The two mobile giant crushers on which the MA09s are mounted will be used for the processing of limestone and have each a throughput of 1800 tph.

“We are proud that we are part of the largest cement contract ever secured by ThyssenKrupp, and we are sure that the premium quality Magna MA09s will surpass all expectations of this customer,” the company concluded.

The Magna MA09 is designed for use on large dump trucks in the most severe mining and quarrying applications. The reinforced sidewall and massive tread blocks are designed to provide maximum protection against cuts and damage.
