Certification for KabelSchlepp cable carrier

Tsubaki KabelSchlepp has received certification in accordance with IP54 from TüV Nord (German Technical Inspection Authority North) for its new cable carrier, the TKA55.

The manufacturer pointed out that the TKA55 is “particularly tight” and “reliably protects cables and hoses from dust, dirt, chips and spray water right up to the connection area in accordance with protection class IP54”.

It added: “With this attest [certification] in accordance with IP54, the user receives comprehensive protection from all-round spray water and dust entering in harmful quantities, along with complete contact protection.”

In addition, the TKA55 cable carrier has been awarded the iF product design award 2013. Tsubaki KabelSchlepp has previously received five iF design awards since 2006.
