Riga Bulk Terminal gearing up with Bedeschi

Italy’s Bedeschi has begun the installation of a new shiploader at the Riga Bulk Terminal in Riga, Latvia.

The shiploader, with travelling, slewing and luffing capabilities, is designed to perform eco-friendly loading of grain at 1,200 tph into vessels up to 60,000 dwt.

 

“In the grain sector, Bedeschi is a manufacturing and project engineering company with a global outlook, skilled in the design, production and supply of machines and integrated systems for grain handling and storage, including shiploaders, ship-unloaders, belt conveyors, pipe conveyors, enclosed conveyors and any other ancillary equipment,” stated Bedeschi.
