Scrap handling in Russian Far East under threat

The Russian Federal Customs Service has designated Petropavlovsk Kamchatsky, located on the Kamchatka peninsula, as the only port in the country’s Far East that can export metal scrap. According to Russian industry experts, this ruling may kill the region’s scrap business.
