Barcelona bulks up Alvarez de la Campa

The board of directors of Barcelona Port Authority has given the go-ahead for a tender to be issued in respect of a new road and rail access to Alvarez de la Campa quay, which will be the site of the future ICL Iberia Iperpotash terminal. Work is estimated to cost €4.7M, and take 10 months to complete. The rail access will consist of a mixed broad and international gauge line.
