Santander concession
StandardSantander port authority in northern Spain has issued a tender seeking a concessionaire for a new bulk minerals terminal. The eventual award will involve both construction and management of what will be a 63,000 m 2 terminals located on Raos I Quay. Deadline for bids has been set for 13 March 2002, although the contract will specify commencement of commercial operations within 12 months.
