CoalStar to build new port
StandardRussia’s coal producer CoalStar is planning to build a new port some 100 km east of the county’s largest Pacific harbour of Vladivostok. The new facility would have a total cargo handling capacity of 35 Mtpa, including 25 Mtpa of coal and 10 Mtpa of crude oil.
