Before its invasion by Moscow, Ukraine’s seaports were responsible for handling 90% of the country’s food exports. Now, as the Russian navy continues impeding navigation in the Black Sea, Kyiv and its western partners have been trying to find alternative ways for Ukraine’s agricultural exports.
