Big boost for RSA dry bulk

South Africa has taken key decisions on how and where to expand dry bulk port capacity. Saldanha Bay is constrained by the limitations of existing rail links, while Richards Bay Coal Terminal (RBCT) finally looks set for its fifth phase of expansion, following the apparent conclusion of the long running struggle to allow access to black empowerment companies (BEEs).
