StandardThe Mussalo bulk terminal in the Finnish Port of Kotka was originally constructed a few years ago with Russian transit traffic in mind, but Russian traffic has virtually stopped as Russian bulk cargoes are now shipped, where possible, via Russian ports or through Baltic Republic ports on cost grounds.
