Australia is still suffering a hangover from the resources and commodities boom of the second half of the last decade and the first half of this one.

Pacific Bulk Terminal (PBT), an operator at the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), has started construction of a state-of-the-art terminal at the Pacific harbour of Slavyanka, located 200 km by road and 50 km by sea south of Vladivostok.
