Russian firms, including potash producer Uralkali, steam coal miner and energy producer SUEK, state grain trader United Grain Co, iron ore miner and steel producer Metalloinvest and container and oil terminal operator Global Ports, plan to invest R100B (US$3.6B) in a planned new port complex in Southern Russia.
