Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway System sees continuing recovery

The movement of bulk materials on the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway System continues to improve, with the St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation projecting that total cargo volume will increase by about 3% year-over-year this shipping season compared to last year’s 2.7% gain over 2010.
