As first reported in the March/April edition of Bulk Materials International (p1), Sical Coeclerici Logistics, a joint venture of Coeclerici Logistics and SICAL (South India Corporation Agencies Ltd), has been awarded a 10-year contract by ISPAT, one of India’s leading private steel producers, to transload 3 mta of coal and iron ore at a new floating terminal off Mumbai.
