CoAL completes $75 M Chapudi coal deal

South Africa-focused miner Coal of Africa Limited (CoAL) has completed its acquisition of the Chapudi coal assets in Limpopo from Rio Tinto and Kwezi Mining following approval of the deal by the minister of mineral resources under Section 11 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act.
