Amsterdam wins cocoa contract

Ter Haak Intermodal (THI) and Katoen Natie (KN) have jointly won a new cocoa contract from Cargill with an innovative handling and intermodal package deal, consolidating Amsterdam’s position as Europe’s leading cocoa port. The contract covers 70,000 tpa of cocoa destined for the Berlin market, traffic Cargill previously moved through the port of Hamburg.
