Nobody has ever doubted the flexibility and efficiency of grab operations, but grab suppliers are having to comply with ever more stringent environmental standards while at the same time their customers are tending to make more demands when it comes to service and back-up. Suppliers must provide better levels of service and/or find a niche in which to operate, creating appropriate partnerships with customers to provide specialist products and expertise.
