The privately-owned Schnitzer Group of Portland, Oregon, which has obtained predominance in the US scrap metal trade, expects to double the ship loading rate for bulk heavy melt scrap at its International Terminals operation at Portland, Oregon following the installation of a used, first generation container crane.
