RUSAL terminal deal in Ust-Luga

Russian Aluminium (RUSAL), Russia’s largest aluminium producer, and the Company of Ust-Luga (CUL), the principal developer of the Ust-Luga port, have signed a memorandum of intensions regarding the building of two terminals for handling 2 mtpa of aluminium and 2.5 mtpa of alumina at the Russian Baltic seaport by 2011.
