New grain port in Brazil

Cotegipe Port Terminal, located close to Salvador in the north east of Brazil, was inaugurated in June by the state governor. The new facility has been built at a cost of US$277M by private investors, as a mixed use terminal managed by C.Port. It will focus on handling cereals, especially soya from the West of Baiano.
