Russian grain exports through Mariupol raise concerns amidst controversy

Russia’s largest mineral and chemical concern EuroChem (EC) is planning to construct a US$18M terminal at Russia’s northernmost ice-free seaport of Murmansk. The terminal will be capable of handling up to 3 mtpa of the total iron-ore concentrate produced by EC-controlled Kovdor ore mining and processing enterprise, Russia’s second largest apatite concentrate maker and the world’s only baddeleyite concentrate manufacturer.
