France’s Competition Council (Conseil de la Concurrence) has fined the Port of le Havre Authority (PAH) and two of the port’s operating companies, Cie Industrielle de Pondéreux du Havre (CIPHA) and Sté Havraise de Gestion et de Transport (SHGT) a total of €2.085M for uncompetitive practices in relation to coal handling at the multi-bulk terminal (TMV).
