Green light for Porto Sudeste

The State Environment Institute of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has granted LLX a licence to proceed with the construction of its Porto Sudeste port project. The environmental go-ahead will help the company secure finance from Brazil’s National Economic and Social Development Bank (BNDES).
