Honduran tender off

The tender to build a dry bulk terminal at the Honduran port of Cortés has been cancelled and the process will start again from scratch. The three companies overseeing the process – the Commission for Public- Private Alliances (Coalianza), the National Port Authority (ENP) and Banco Atlántica – judged that the two bidders had not entered a bid complying with the tender requirements.
