Takoradi on the blocks

An outline agreement has been reached to build a new port at Keta to import raw materials for cement production in Ghana. Diamond Cement Ghana Ltd struck the deal with the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) regarding the construction of the new port.
