New grain terminals on Amur River

China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) has developed a concept for a 0.4 Mtpa terminal with 100,000t of one-time crop storage o be built on the banks of the Amur River, a natural Sino-Russian border, at the Russian regional centre of Khabarovsk.
