New coal export terminal on Russian Pacific coast

Russia’s Kolmar Coal Mining is preparing to put into operation the first phase of its US$568M dedicated coal terminal at the Pacific harbour of Vanino in March 2020. Phase one will provide annual capacity of 12 Mt of high-grade coking coal. The launch of phase two, slated for 2023, is expected to double its capacity.
