Murmansk expanding in Kola Bay

In December last year, the governor of Russia’s Murmansk region, Yuriy Yevdokimov, together with Kuzbassrazrezugol’s chairman Andrey Bokarev and Arktikshelfneftegas director general Boris Kutychkin, signed a joint declaration of intent to develop a completely new port facility on the western side of Kola Bay, opposite the existing Port of Murmansk.
