Sheerness shipment

The Port of Sheerness recently welcomed its biggest ever agribulk vessel. At around 170m in length and weighing in at around 18,000t, the MV ARKI was loaded with 30,000t of milling quality wheat grown in the South East of England on behalf of Peel Ports’ customer Glencore Grain UK. It took five days to fully load the vessel, which then set off to her final destination in North Africa.
