Projects under way in Eastern Baltic
StandardDespite the global economic crisis, a number of projects in Baltic sea ports have gone ahead. In Liepaja, Cemex, the world’s third largest cement producer, based in Mexico, and Liepajas Osta (LO), the biggest stevedore in the port, have officially opened a new cement terminal with a capacity of 550,000 tpa.
