Queensland ports give and take

The new Port of Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries includes facilities for containers, dry bulk, liquids and general cargo.

The port will use a US$12.6M grant to add a third berth for bulk cargoes at its Port Redwing facility.

ABP has concluded a new, long-term agreement with the UK’s largest independent producer of sand and gravel.

Russia’s coal producer CoalStar is planning to build a new port some 100 km east of the county’s largest Pacific harbour of Vladivostok. The new facility would have a total cargo handling capacity of 35 Mtpa, including 25 Mtpa of coal and 10 Mtpa of crude oil.
