La Paloma row affects Paraguayan grain

The Argentinean government recently revoked permission for Paraguayan river barges to make use of a berth on the Argentinean side of La Paloma Island, where they wait en route for the Uruguayan port of Nueva Palmira, their chosen port of transhipment.
