Tilbury port deal

A major recycling and resource management hub is to be built at the UK port of Tilbury on the River Thames. Forth Ports Ltd has formed a long term partnership with SITA UK, a subsidiary of Suez Environment to create the new facility. The arrangement includes the acquisition, for an undisclosed sum, of Forth Ports-owned Nordic Recycling by SITA UK under a share purchase agreement and a long-term agreement between the two companies.
