Arbitration move in Callao over minerals

APM Terminals, which is the concessionaire of Muelle Norte at the Peruvian port of Callao, may go to arbitration in respect of a decision by the Supervisory Body for Investment in Public Transport Infrastructure (Ositran) that prevents it handling mineral cargo traffic. Currently, Transportadora Callao handles mineral traffic, using a conveyor system.
